This course is designed for those in a supervisory or managerial role within the catering & hospitality environment.

The course will focus on a more in depth knowledge of food safety & food hygiene enabling candidates to identify problem areas and to be able to recommend solutions.

Candidates will gain the appropriate knowledge and understanding to take responsibility for food safety monitoring procedures, identify hazards and take the necessary action to contribute to making improvements to food safety.

This course is usually delivered over three days including the assessment – a one a half hour examination of 45 multiple-choice questions.
